Excellent Service from SII (crio 9541)

From the beginning, Talking to the sales Rep, she was very kind gracious and knowledgeable. Everything she said about the purchasing process was spot on. These guys are great. I just recieved my printer so i have not had the opportunity to use it yet but i am very excited. i would recommend you to purchase only from SII. when i deciede to upgrade my embroidery machine i know where i am buying from.
