I ordered magnetic hoops together with a hooping station and received many helpful tutorial videos via WhatsApp on how to use both the station and the hoops. Unfortunately, I initially ordered the wrong brackets for my machine. What really surprised me was how easy and smooth the communication was — I was never left alone with the problem. I received clear video instructions on how to measure everything correctly and choose the right parts. Annie was incredibly helpful, supportive, and professional. She helped me order the correct brackets and took care of the whole process. I’m truly impressed by her dedication and customer care. This was the best shopping experience I’ve ever had — completely stress-free and hassle-free. On top of that, the hoops and the station are excellent quality. I am from South Africa and was very sceptic to order die magnetic frames, since there is so many scammers in the industry. I was in contact with Annie on What's App and she confirmed that my order will arrive. Their frames are the best that's why I ordered from her. In SA they are very expensive. Even the taxes payable was very little I Received my 3 frames on 9 December - Very happy client and will definitely order again from her.
