A wonderful Blue
One of the best blues that I've tasted.
Not as piquant as Roquefort, more like a mild Stilton, but
with a soft creamy texture and a slightly sweet finish!

Great flavor!
Everything I love about a sharp creamy blue. The rind is a touch more ammonia-y than I love but I get it. I’d try it again.
