Good Aji-Mirin
This semi-sweet aji-mirin is suitable for everyday use be it mentsuyu for Agedashi, a carmelized glaze for Mitarashi Dango or simply as a meat tenderizer. It's the perfect foil for rice vinegar and katuobushi dashi. I use it almost every day. Recommended.
