Sumatra Mandheling

My favorite is the Sumatra Mandheling, RhoadsRoast always has it. I roast my own beans and Sumatra always turns out evenly roasted. Excellent flavor blend. RhoadsRoast service is exceptional. Very happy with them. Plan on being a life long customer.

So far have tasted this several times while tweaking a medium roast of the beans, and then after four days of rest. Sweet, cacao, earthy, and an aftertaste of cardamom.
