Worked as advertised to keep me cool and hydrated in the field during July exercises. Stayed frozen much longer than expected. Will purchase more

For my AVS, it gets in the way but it solves the problem of the Vest being Over sized, if that was ever an issue for some people. If you get this for your AVS, don't expect it to fit in right away you have to do crazy amount of adjustments for it to feel comfortable again.

Great Product

Light weight, well built and extremely useful. I work in south Texas the the heat gets crazy hot. Rather than using a camelback I got this and not only does it cool me down but you can drink out of it as well.
