Perfect roast for this coffee! Brings out all the flavor and undertones!

Very nice!

Despite warnings against over-roasting, asked for med/dark. Beans were a little lighter than I expected, but the coffee that resulted was lovely - full, rich, and zero bitterness. A winner for sure.
