This is the third or fourth time ive ordered from acuplus, i like the formula, but at the price i dont see it being any better than biofreeze. The active ingredient is menthol…the rest dont seem to do anything beyond what biofreeze dies at a fraction of the price. What kills me is that i ordered three tubs if it and two were open, the foil seal popped and the cream was coming out of the tub and all over the inside of the package, so i lost almost a full container, even with a discount thats $25. I could have reached out and possibly gotten a replacement or maybe a partial refund but i believe they are a small business. At the current price point even with a 25% discount, even if all of the containers had arrived intact i dont see myself ordering again unfortunately
