Not to remain without them
I just bought a new par (back and front light), even the old one is still functioning.

Poor customer service
The product is great. However, I had to return a front light that wasn't holding its charge after having it for a year or so. Backwards and forwards when the emails, until they asked for a video of the fault. I sent a video explaining that it doesn't show much. Since then they have ignored me. Such a pity.
