Exceptional customer service. Sleek and minimalist

The mount arrived and is installed. It is a sleek and minimalist look which is what i wanted. A word about the mount installation. On first try i installed the two screws supplied to hold the Garmin faceplate and gently tightened. But the mount was still a bit loose and could slide a bit on the stem. I very carefully tightened the screws more but could feel them start to slip as if the threads were being damaged, yikes. I removed the screws and installed two slightly longer screws that i had on hand. I tightened these new screws as much as i dared , they were tight and not slipping unlike the shorter screws, but still the mount was a bit loose.. i removed the mount again, wrapped one round of electric tape around the stem, then installed the mount again with my new longer screws. Now it is firmly mounted with no hint of moving.

Excellent design to hold in place a bike rear radar (Garmin Varia). It is formed to the seat tube for the perfect fit and stability. This solution addresses the pain point that many cyclists have in securing a radar without movement - moving away from old mounting methods using elastic bands.
