Flat Top Junior - For 30" 5 Burner Gas Range Stoves

Great Flat Top!

I've been using this for about a month now. I've made everything from breakfast, hibachi, tortillas and more! My only issues is with the oil drain holes and catch pan. The oil tends to drip and coat the bottom of the flat top and the catch pan needs to be perfectly centered to the holes or it will land outside of the pan. Aside from this, its been fantastic to work on and at a very reasonable price! Love it!

Drainage holes

The top works great. My issue is the drainage holes. The top 3 need eliminated or at least the top one. They're too close to the edge of the grease tray and center flame of the center burner. Fire! I could have the complete grill filled with bacon and wouldn't need all those holes. If I did the tray would over flow.

This size is just right!

I own both the full five burner and smaller two burner griddles from Steelmade. Both are excellent products, but I found myself not using the fiver burner griddle because its size makes it a little cumbersome. This size stores right alongside the two burner model in my cabinet and its just light enough to be pulled out on a weekday. All around incredible products that I highly recommend to everyone I know!
