I recently purchased the Flat Top slim (covers half of the burners) I have used it at least half a dozen times already. I had been using a Presto electric griddle for the last 14 years. I found out that it was made with a toxic coating (which we probably consumed in the last 14 years, gross) so was looking for an alternative. I did a lot of research and SteelmadeUSA was the winner for me. Support for a USA business is important, and I love the idea of using steel including the longevity it should have. This product has worked great for us. One thing I will likely do is get an additional grease catcher. We cooked up a lot of bacon on Christmas morning and needed to empty the tray. I recommend this product! Thank you :)
