Great flavor

Blended 50/50 with pork butt and venison and absolutely delicious. Turned out amazing and will make this recipe again. Next time might add some high temp mozzarella

All about the Citrus!

This is every thing I had hoped for...it's prominent with the citrus, lime is what I picked up right away. It reminded me of just festive times..or as my friend said 'This is a party meat...you can't go wrong..' We didn't even shoot this into hog casings, we simply did into chubs and are already looking forward to nacho and taco nights, trying it in chili...topping mac and cheese with it... If you like a strong citrus note, you will love this blend!
