A Distant Southerner Review's Midnight Vigil Blend

This is an outstanding roast and a staple of my morning routine. With monastic discipline, I grind and prepare the coffee each evening, that I simply may turn on the brewer in the morning. My only complaint, if it can be called that, is that it takes a long time to get from the mountains of Wyoming to the swamp of southeast Mississippi.
