Good and not so good

The 14 lbs brisket had a lot of fat. The brisket was good but because of the shrinkage when smoked and the fat I had to cut away your left with an 8 lbs brisket. So for me it wasn’t worth the price.

I stopped by the farm (which is lovely!) and Adam helped me choose some cuts as a birthday present for my husband. We enjoyed the tri-tip on the smoker this week and it was wonderful! Full of flavor and so tender...cant wait to try the rest and we are already planning for our next purchase!
