Beef bacon and suet

We have never had beef bacon and brought it on a trip out of town. Cooked breakfast and my friends 9 year old was asking for more. She is not a picky eater but does not eat a lot and was reheating leftovers all weekend. I rendered down the suet into tallow and it was amazing clean. It was my first attempt and it was great. My one cat loves it and have added a little to our labs food
