Does not fit classic JOE
The item you order online is not designed for the Classic Joe, I called customer support - fairly responsive — but the only fix was to use a much lower post for the second shelf, which greatly reduces what you can cook on the bottom shelf. Dealing with the company was ok, but I would not order this for a Classic Joe. It seems to be well built, but I have not found a cook that I can actually use it with.

Excellent customer service
The build quality is excellent. Nice thick metal. I haven't used it yet but when the time comes, I'll have no excuses. Initially I received a faulty hinge/swivel which didn't rotate properly. I wrote them an email about it and they swiftly sent me a replacement piece, no questions asked. Thanks guys!
