15 Inch Ceramic Heat Deflectors, Pizza Stones - CGS

These did not fit my Kamado Joe Classic 18". The diameter of the half discs was 15-1/4" and slightly bigger than factory Kamado Joe discs and would not fit, this means that the straight edge of one disc had to sit on top of the other disc. Ended up cutting one down with a masonry blade and it fits flat now.

These were really nice to unpack! Heavy, uniform sized slabs of ceramic, and they match up perfectly to firm an even, flat surface. I like having the option to create direct/indirect zones by removing one side!
