My Husband and I have been taking a number of different supplements, some we take the same and there are others we take individually. We have both notice a big difference, I have not got brain fog and lack of energy, I hardly have any headaches now, I used to suffer with my sinuses and have had no problems for a long time. We have also seen a big improvement in husband who has Parkinson's after reading a review I got him Mucuna and L-Tyrosine (very good) .So now we take a number of supplements between us. BOTH: Vitamin C/D3&K2/Mega Magnesium/B12/Creatine/Lion Mane/ HUSBAND: Mucuna/L-Tyrosine/Ashwagandha/Ginkgo Biloba. MYSELF: Hyaluronic/Biotin/Collagen. Some of the supplements are quite large and difficult to swallow, but you can open capsule and put them in juice etc. They can sometimes make you feel a little sick, so I would suggest taking at night. I also really like the emails which Chris send with so much information and with NO pressure to buy. I am gratefully that through his knowledge I am No longer listening and buy rubbish that is no good for me. Totally recommend this company

I take Ginkgo Biloba supplement for my eyes and cognitive improvement considering my age (I am 66). Together with MSM it helps eliminate my dry eye symptoms. I take other supplements from British Supplements and would not buy them anywhere else. I appreciate the ethics of the company and hope they will be able to keep independent. The orders and deliveries are very straight forward; the last delivery was particularly impressive: the order arrived next day!
