Disappointed!

“I’m very disappointed with the way I received the roses for my wife on Valentine’s Day. The flowers arrived in poor condition, which was incredibly frustrating for such a special occasion. I expected better quality and care in handling. This experience did not meet my expectations, and I hope the company improves its service in the future. Also, some petals had fallen and roses were not secured in the box. The presentation was poor and did not meet my expectations”.

Great birthday present

Very quick delivery. Roses are beautiful and look like fresh cut. Packaging was secured, just needs to be careful to remove flowers. My mom will be happy to enjoy them through year.

Replacement flowers

We had an issue with a couple stems was broken and customer service was a pleasure to work with. Replaced the order and arrived in a couple days. We couldn’t be happier. Thank you for a great experience. Don W.
