Excellent customer service!!!

My flowers arrived but they were not as expected and I blame the carrier/delivery time. I selected 3Day shipping and should have paid for over night. I contacted support and they immediately replied and offered various options to make it right. I opted to keep my original purchase and accept a gift card for partial credit. I was completely satisfied with the option and can’t wait to order a new arrangement and this time I will spend the extra money for overnight.

These roses have no scent at all.

They are beautiful. I am very disappointed that they don't have any scent to them.

The roses look just as new today as they did when I got them.

The orange roses are so beautiful that I sent some to my brother.
