Good Looking Installation, Works Great

The Jeep 75 WXST microphone mount was a snap to install, and when I was done installing, was a very good looking and functional addition to my cabin. The mount sits directly behind the factory grab bar in the JK Jeeps. The kit includes the mount, which sits on the left of the grab bar, and a shim for the right side so that things look uniform. I was impressed by the attention to detail. Of course, this mount isn’t just for the Cobra 75; almost any CB microphone can hang there. One installation note: the two decorative industrial-looking hex bolts that appear to fasten the factory grab bar are non-functional; you don’t need to remove them. The real bolts sit behind the trim that runs along the front of the bar.

Great product. Outstanding company

Customer service was excellent. Trouble shooting instructions on the website help tremendously. Only issue I had was I did not receive installation instructions as advertised, even without them install only took about two hours. Including the time it took to remove the antenna mount and scrape off more powder coat to get a proper ground.

Cobra 75 WXST microphone mount

Added this microphone mount and was happy with the recommendation. The one that comes with the radio is cheap and flimsy. Don't think it could have been mounted.
