I took this all winter last year while everyone was coughing and sneezing around me. I didn’t even get the sniffles! It tastes great too. I have purchased a very small silicone ice tray and it makes just the right “doses” for my ice water! I love Lakota Made products! I am a repeat purchaser of the tonic, shampoo & conditioner bars. I have just tried the sunscreen which felt so nice on my face! I can’t wait until my next package arrives!
