GREAT UPDATE TO A GREAT PRODUCT

My family has been using Thermophore products for over 50 years My father initiated us into using the older pads As time went on, the products have changed - for the good The newer switches were the best update They became more "hand" friendly and didn't break or malfunction like the older ones did i like the new pad because of the timer that's included - I wish it had a button that would let you keep the pad on for as long as you could, like the older pads did The only real issue i have is that the high level is very high and i can't understand how other people can take that heat for so long Otherwise, great product - keep up the good work

I’ve had my original thermophore for about 20 years. It still works and I use it frequently. I needed a new one for my shoulder and upper back and absolutely love the newer design and automatic controls! Definitely recommend this product and the company!

The pad itself is very heavy. High setting is too hot. And I love hot. The heat does not seem to stay on too long.
