Fine Fescue in Souther CA?!

This Creeping Red Fine Fescue is native to California from the research articles I was able to find from Professor Ames. His findings suggest this Fescue is more heat and drought tolerant than most. Hes had great success in warmer climates and I will be doing test runs here in Southern California. I dont expect it to survive 90° temps, but its holding up pretty good already. Germinated in 7 days !
