Flavor of this shake is very good. A nice change from chocolate, chocolate, chocolate. Memories of a cream cycle ice cream bar that I ate as a kid if served very cold.

So good, taste just like a creamsicle, it tends to be a lot thicker if used with almond milk rather than water for a protein shake.
