My favorite flavor

This is my favorite flavor of pudding, I freeze mine slightly for more of an ice cream texture. Really nice in the summer.

ProteinWise Cheesecake Pudding

I love this stuff! I eat it almost every morning with fresh berries. It mixes easy and is very filling.

Nice Light Dessert or Snack

This cheesecake tastes best when you add strawberries and sugar free topping to it after it has been chilled in the refrigerator. It only takes about 5 or 10 minutes for it to be cold enough in the frig for it to come to a good consistency. ( I thought it has a bit of a strange aftertaste if it isn't chilled and when it doesn't have the berries and cool whip on it. )
