Another form of breakfast

Today I used the vanilla shake and mixed it with two cups of vegetables which were one cup of broccoli and one cup of spinach in a smoothie, it was a perfect quick breakfast to bring with me to my oil change, so glad I did.. it was quick and easy and I got my two cups of vegetables and my protein in.. perfect it's going to be a good day

These shakes are really good as a meal replacement. They are perfect for my ketogenic diet.
