Love the Organic Inulin

I'm using the inulin powder to culture lactobacillus reuteri for 36 hours at 100 degrees F. Your Inulin powder from Jerusalem Artichokes makes great cultured dairy. I'm very happy with my purchase and once the 5 pounds runs out, I'll be reordering from you. Thanks for a great product.
