I have purchased other brands before discovering Essential Organics. They either didn’t dissolve well or had unknown unlisted foreign ingredients that left an unknown residue floating around; or they didn’t relieve pain as well. I use these flakes to make a pure magnesium oil. If purity & quality matters as it does for my cutsomers, nothing but the best will do and this is it for me. Be well 🫶

I use the flakes to make magnesium “oil” (it’s not really oil! Just feels slippery) which you can buy ready made ata huge price. Or mix your own! Use warm water that’s safe for drinking, mix half water, half flakes. Shake or stir to completely dissolve. Get a spray bottle like the kind sold for olive oil, not a fine mister.
