Essential Organics is the place to go!
I buy Organic Bolivian black quinoa in 5# bags and I make an incredible loaf of high protein, GF, Vegan, olive, garlic, 'cheesy' bread that many rave about - only at Essential Organics! Other quinoa suppliers do not turn out well for my optimized nutrition homemade food as medicine.

Black quinoa
Was excited about the black. Cooked it with a 2:1 ratio water:quinoa.
Cooked up well with a little extra time
Unfortunately I had a couple clients reach out and said they did not like the flavor
It did have a stronger flavor compared to your other quinoas almost buckwheat like that it seems was a bit too much for some and assuming others that did not reach out to me as well. May just stick with your red and white)
