Cream of Tartar
Product is lovely. I appreciate the bulk.
I use it primarily for making poached eggs. A tiny amount helps the whites hold their form.
I also use it to make snickerdoodle cookies - yum.

Homemade baking powder
We love the cream of tartar and buy it a pound or two at a time. Making our own baking powder is one simple way we can ensure that we are eating quality foods. We make it using 2 parts cream of tartar, 1 part baking soda, and one part starch ( tapioca, arrowroot, or corn). Some of our diets don’t allow for corn products and baking powder often has corn starch. This way, we pick! You can skip the starch all together if you’d like!
