Fantastic! These brats were a home run! Made both with just pork, and another batch with 60% Beef and 40% pork, and made them both with hi-temp Provolone Cheese. Definitely doing this one again, and again!

Wow this is our new favorite brat! We added some hi temp pepper jack cheese and smoked them and man they are so delicious. I am looking forward to next season so I can make some more!:)
