Best pairing knife I ever owned Pairing knives are small, people in kitchens dont see the and they get knocked over and lost all the time, there is no better pairing knife for the price, its razor sharp with a good bite, perfect length and it's hard to break you need to do something pretty stupid with it to chip the edge, the weight and balance feel perfect and the dimensions make it suitable for many more tasks than your typical pairing knife very happy with it, I believe this is the third one I've bought in like 8 years
