Always a great gift

I originally ordered one for myself due to a friend’s recommendation. Now its my go to gift as many people don’t have a “nice knife.” Lots of people have knife sets that includes a kitchen knife, but there is a large difference between those and the ones on this site. Highly recommended, and the personal touch that comes with the order (especially the note) is always worth it.

Balanced and beautifully finished

The fit/finish of the blade and handle of this knife makes it an excellent value. The balance and the blade geometry is perfect for me. The out-of-the-box edge was okay - after a few minutes on the whetstone, it was fantastic.
