American Fringe Tree

These plants arrived mid summer looking healthy with the exception of one tree out of the the 3 purchased. The leaves and overall appearance looked wonky. I contacted garden goods by email, explained the situation. (No response) After planting the trees they seemed fine, by October they took a nosedive. Leaves began falling I became concerned and contacted Garden Goods Direct. There were photos sent showing the conditions of how they were planted, much back and forth via email. Finally the company stated I didn’t purchase a protection plan and surprisingly they wouldn’t/couldn’t be replaced. I’ve always purchased plants from nursery companies that took ownership. I’ve purchased for many years. I won’t be doing business with this company.
