I am so happy with this purchase. The tree was healthy and delivered right to my front door. I planted according to instructions and it is thriving. I highly recommend this company!

The trees arrived in great shape, as described in terms of height. I transplanted them successfully, and was struggling with how much to water, so finally bought a soil moisture tester which has eliminated my concerns. Very thrilled with the prospect of my natural privacy screen. I wish I had found Simply Trees years ago!

Avoid! My tree started dying within 2 weeks after it was delivered and planted. Their customer support looks for any angle to put the blame on the customer to avoid honoring the “1 year guarantee”. I planted the exact same type of trees that I purchased from Home Depot under the same conditions/care, and they’re thriving.
