Fire Light Tidbit® Panicle Hydrangea (paniculata)

The plants were shipped upside down. I have been trying some TLC but 4 of the 5 hydrangea plants I ordered have turned brown and nearly all the leaves have dropped off and died. One of the roses is doing the same— In all, 5 of 11 are failing. Update: customer service was prompt and hassle-free, they’re sending replacements. Final update: the replacement plants arrived and are in great shape. Much better than the originals. This hassle-free process gives me confidence to order from Proven Winners Direct again.

I ordered and paid for FIVE plants, but only received FOUR. PLEASE HELP!

Healthy and packed with care. Arrived quickly!
