Very Helpful and Quite Stirring

I had recently finished a deep dive into the letter to the Romans when I happened across this title. I purchased it and it has provided insight and perspective to portions I had read many times. These truths have been magnified and brought to such vivid light I find myself turning these things over in my mind often. When I am tempted to lose my temper or think of or speak unkindly to someone, I hear in my mind, "Reckon yourself dead to sin but alive unto God." The devotional style of this commentary has been so helpful in applying these great truths to my every day living. I am grateful to have come across this book.
