Course Book: Math K

I love the graphics and the gentle tones and petite drawings. The math is engaging, my children are always eager to open their books and see what’s new, sometimes they just sit down and flip through the pages. I do not have a teaching degree but this curriculum is so easy to pick up and go. The layout is simple and the returning concepts provide confidence for the child and for me to see they’re grasping the material. I also enjoy the app material that’s also available. We enjoy singing in our home and so using songs to memorize days of the week, months of the year, spelling numbers, is a very easy way for my children to learn. Get the math boxes! I tried doing without for my first child, and while doable, after purchasing the same material for my 2nd child I can see how much easier the lessons go when using the box.

This has been the best curriculum for my 6 year old who is revisiting some kindergarten basics before moving on to first grade. She has some special medical needs and this is the perfect pace for her. We tried other curricula that were too loud/intimidating, but we have found her match with G&B!

My child is excited to do his math and it is so easy for me as his parent to follow the step by step instructions. We love the artwork on every page which makes it a delight to for both of us. I recommend this program to friends and family.
