I purchase multiple products from BLAQ on the regular for both me and my mom. They work!! We have the hair growth serum, hair balm and the edge control. Love them all equally!

Shipping was Horrible

The product itself is great, use it in my beard. My issue is it took over a month to receive one bottle of the Hair Serum. I reached out numerous times on why it’s taking so long just to ship my order. I’m usually patient on most things but this was horrible. I did receive a response that they were backed up, then all of a sudden my order is moving. Great product, not sure if I’ll continue to order from you based on shipping alone.

I ordered a product from Blaq Luxury to be shipped to Europe and purchased shipping insurance specifically to protect me if the item failed to arrive. A few days later, the courier informed me that the package was damaged and undeliverable. When I contacted Blaq Luxury, they refunded only £28 of the £51.40 I spent and chose to refund the insurance instead of honoring it. I purchased the insurance for protection, not reimbursement of the policy itself. I feel misled by a company offering insurance they seemingly never intended to honor. Trust is essential in business, and unfortunately this experience left me deeply disappointed and far less confident in their service going forward.
