Disappointed for the first time

I normally love the Queen City Harrar from Rhoads Roast Coffee but this time, for the first time, I'm disappointed. The coffee tastes burnt. The beans were either overroasted or roasted in a container that had previously burnt something else. I'm not sure what happened, but my morning cup of coffee's going to be a bitter disappointment until this batch is gone.

The coffee is awesome 👏🏼 and the help getting to this flavor was very helpful (thank you Andrea).
