Best way to experience Bodhi

I'm almost through my third bag of my year long subscription, and I am very pleased with Bodhi's subscription service. I signed up for the single origin and assumed I would be getting a rotation of the roasted coffee Bodhi offers on their website, but I was wrong! Last month's was Ethiopia Kochere (it was fantastic), and I am currently working through a bag of their Vietnam White Lotus (also fantastic). Even though there's no roast date, the bags are fresh, and I've been letting them rest a week or so before digging in. I'm enjoying the variety I've been getting, and can't wait for the next bag in the mail.
