Ready for summer

Actually READY for all seasons. I have been using this Brine for a few years. I use it on my pork chops and leave it about 1 day in the brine. Our pork chops are so AMAZING! I used to dread cooking them as they were mostly tough. Not anymore! You won't go wrong.
