Novus N5B 5.25" Bookshelf Speaker Pair

The speakers look good and sound great. They are a bit heavier than you might imagine if you're used to cheaper equipment. Very solidly built and a great surface finish. Sound is really good even with my barely-adequate amplifier; detailed and precise throughout the frequency range, with a flat response including surprisingly good bass. I don't have any experience with competing products to say more, but I also got a really good deal price-wise.

Bought Novus bookshelves to be my surrounds with my Verus mains, but first wanted to try in a 2 channel listening environment. Soon as music came on I had a huge smile on my face! Smooth lively sound with surprising low end and a smooth non fatiguing high end. I listened to music for hours with and without a subwoofer. In my opinion these speakers are gold, I will be looking to purchase another pair for straight up 2 channel listening for my other room.
