The Quality is Evident right out of the box!

I used the foot sizer template provided on the Meindl website, trusting that the boots would prove true to size. They seemed a perfect fit, but I remained skeptical and walked around my house for a couple days, not wanting to remove the tags for fear that something would not feel right. They continued feeling GREAT so I cut off the tags and wore them around my yard doing chores. A couple heel blisters told me these boots still have "old school" construction and will need a little break-in period. Also, I recommend conditioning the boots immediately upon purchase; you'll be glad you did. These likely will be the last pair of hiking boots I'll ever need to buy.

Great Boots!

Truly fantastic boot from the time you open the box and slide them on your feet! I’ve never had an issue with these boots, and my feet have always struggled without inserts! When wearing these boots, I don’t even need my orthopedic inserts! Recommend to all
