I,VE WORE THEESE FOR ABOUT 5 -6 YEARS EVEERY DAY I WORK CONSTRUCTION AND PUT ABOUT 80 TO 100 MILES A MONTH ON MY STEPS APP IF I ROTATE BETWEEN TWO SETS THEY LAST LONGER ONE SET USUALLY LASTS 12-14 MONTHS BEFORE THEY START TO UNSTITCH BY FAR THE BEST SHOE IVE OWNED I LET PEOPLE TRY THEM ON ALL THE TIME I ALSO HAVE THE MID TOPS AND HIGH TOPS FOR HUNTING QUIT OVERTHINKING IT AND BUY THEM!

These Shoes are Great!
Meindl are great shoes. I have been buying them for 10 years. I just purchased a new pair to replace my pair that literally wore out after many year. These shoes are very comfortable and wear well. Thanks!

Full size smaller than I usually take (as advised by Meindl contact) but perfect fit. Needed to tweak fit by trying different lace options, but I do this with all hiking shoes. Stiffer than Merrils I have, so will provide better support on moderate trails with rocks and roots.Lighter than full hiking boots, keeping things lless clunky.
