Novus N5T 5.25" Floorstanding Tower Speaker Single

The experience of buying through Aperion Audio is always the best! When I first bought the bookshelf speakers, I was blown away and dreamt of getting the full 5.0 audio experience. This floor standing speakers have been great as part of that 5.0 experience!

I needed a pair of small towers for my living room. There were a few that I was considering including these Novus 5T's. When they went on sale for 40% off, it seemed like a no brainer to try them. Well it turns out that even at retail price these things are a steal! First off, the looks and build quality are top notch at most any price point. And the slot ports are so sexy. They just look and feel soooo much more expensive than they are. As for the sound. For having 5" woofers, the bass in my room is very satisfying. Tight, but at the same time deep and very rich. Mids are about as smooth as you'd want them to be. Imaging is great with a nice wide soundstage and some nice depth. I think what impresses me the most though is the tweeters. I like very detailed highs and these might be the best I've heard at retrieving detail without ANY trace of harshness. Ever. They are so forgiving to bad recordings yet rewarding when listening to great recordings. Makes me kinda regret Spending up to $5000 a pair on some of the other speakers I own.
