MY FAVORITE THINGS: SPICE HOUSE BLENDS!
I enjoy preparing a variety of foods with my very favorite Spice House seasoning blends: Butcher Blend Pepper, Greektown Seasoning, Argyle Street and Oaxacan Ancho Chili Coffee Rub. Butcher Blend Pepper is wonderful on fish and seafood heading to the grill in warm months, while Greektown seasoning gets sprinkled regularly on salads and grilled vegetables. Argyle Street seasoning adds deep flavor to all Asian cuisine I prepare, and Oaxacan Ancho Chili Coffee Rub is my go-to seasoning for grilling my pork tenderloins. Versatility in a jar
This stuff is great on any type of meat and on
Eggs. It gives whatever you’re making a little
Depth in flavor, a little “smoke”. I also mix it with other rubs just for fun. It always helps the food.
