The April Twenty-Second Candle

Absolutely blown away

I purchased two candles for other people as gifts. Upon receiving the candles, they were perfect except one candle, had a small mark on the label. I did a review stating the blemish, and I wasn’t entirely upset about it, or regretful of the purchase. The company contacted me upon reviewing my review offered me a 10% off code, and stated that they would be willing to replace one of the candles. Now this is months later I actually forgot about the blemish on the candle, but was so taken back by the follow through on the customer service, and being willing to contact and replace the candle, I am not only absolutely blown away by the follow through on the customer service, but also that the fact that this company cares about their customers individually, no matter the complaint, they take it as feedback positive or negative and not only as a consumer, but as an individual, I respect that they respect my purchase And investment in their company. Nowadays, not only is it hard for someone to actually take a caring to your individuality as a customer, but to even speak to someone that is in a computer birthday if I could reach more than five stars, I would easily you’d be a 10
